Prices and rents in Bermuda are fell slightly as compared to early 2009, but Bermuda remains a very expensive location.
A 1 bedroom condominium will cost you nearly US$600,000, and a 3 bedroom condominium will cost you US$1.2 million. Houses are of course more expensive than apartments, and a 2 bedroom house is likely to cost you over US$1.3 million.
Some areas which will more expensive even than our figures, given that the Global Property Guide did not limit data collection to the most expensive areas.
Gross rental yields in Bermuda are not unattractive given the high prices, since expensive locations can normally be expected to return lower yields. Yields in Bermuda range between 4.6% to 6.8% for condominiums, and 4.2% to 5.7% for houses.
